Refund Policy

Effective January 2026

At Sikkimtourisms.com, we believe in transparency. Here is how we handle refunds for your travel plans.

1. Nature of Services

Since travel involves real-time bookings with hotels and transport, physical “returns” are not possible. All refund requests are handled as per our pre-defined cancellation terms.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refundable Portion

Only the land package cost is eligible for adjustment based on time.

Non-Refundable

Permit fees, Govt. charges, and special peak season bookings.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for: No-shows, early departures, unused itinerary services, or disruptions caused by natural calamities (Force Majeure).

4. Processing Time

Once approved, your refund will be credited back to the original payment mode within 7–14 working days. You will receive a notification email once processed.

5. Adjustments

Instead of a refund, we often offer the option to reschedule your journey or opt for credit notes for future travel, subject to availability.
