1. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings are officially confirmed only upon receipt of the specified advance payment. Confirmation is subject to the real-time availability of hotel rooms, transport vehicles, and government-issued permits.
2. Government Permits & IDs
For protected zones like Nathula Pass, North Sikkim, and Bhutan entry, travelers must provide valid Govt. IDs and passport-size photos in advance. We are not responsible for permit rejections due to late submissions.

If the selected hotel is unavailable, we provide an equivalent alternative within the same category. Vehicles are assigned as per the point-to-point itinerary and are not available for “disposal” unless pre-booked.

While we strive for perfection, Sikkimtourisms.com acts as an organizer and is not liable for accidents, health emergencies, loss of baggage, or flight delays beyond our control.
